Music Ministry Philosophy: To glorify God and edify the church through an excellent and eclectic music ministry. Our music incorporates the abilities and styles of a wide cross spectrum of musicians who, with dedicated cultivation of their talents, seek to draw the church body together and enhance their spiritual growth through corporate worship.

Worship Team: Rehearses on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30 and sings at most Sunday Morning services throughout the school year. For information regarding openings on the team please contact Sheralynn Kellough or call the church office.
WSBC Ringers: The Handbell Choir rehearses on Wednesday evenings from 8:30-9:30 and rings on selected Sunday services and special events. We ring four octaves of Schlumerich handbells and incorporate beginning to advanced ringers into the group as the need arises. Children's Choir: WSBC Children's Choir sings in selected Sunday morning services as well as other services and concerts. It is open to all children, grades 1 through 6. Rehearsal times for the Children's Choir will be identified in the near future. Please watch the weekly church bulletin or check back at this site in a couple of weeks. Sunday Evening and Summer Concert Series: On selected Sunday evenings throughout the school year, the music ministry of Western Springs Baptist Church hosts guest artists and concert ensembles. Please consult the website calendar to check on specific dates and concert opportunities. Sunday mornings, during June and July, soloists and small ensembles present sacred concerts prior to the start of the Worship Services.
